The Augusta Technical College Foundation is always looking for equipment or supplies that can be used directly in an instructional education program. Donated equipment and supplies are matched dollar for dollar by funds from the Department of Technical and Adult Education based on the value of the donation. A few examples of matching equipment/supplies that have been matched with TechMatch funds include: scrap steel for the welding program, ink for the printing and graphics program; an ambulance for EMT training, automotive parts and diagnostic equipment for Automotive Technology, etc. Potential donors are asked to contact the Augusta Technical College Foundation to discuss items that might be of use to the college before a formal acceptance of the equipment can be considered.

Hope Soap is a clearinghouse for the collection and distribution of personal care items. Toiletries and hotel amenities, primarily donated by business or vacation travelers, are dropped in collection boxes located throughout the metropolitan Augusta area. We sort and package these donations into personal care kits.
